What I’ll Need From You…

*Your complete book file with all editing completed. Please include front and back matter including, but not limited to, a Title page, Copyright page, Dedication page, and Acknowledgement page. Be sure to also include your, About the Author, page. If you need a list of all required and optional components, click here to review elements of a book.

*Your cover art, measuring at least 1400 pixels wide in either .jpg or .png formats to embed in the eBook.

*A completed work order form that I will email to you when we schedule. Please fill out this form completely and email me with any specific questions or additions. I’ll also make any small changes throughout the process if you contact me that you found a misspelling on your word doc. If large changes are required, I may charge an extra fee or ask you to make those corrections before completing the project.

What You’ll Get From Me…

*Communication. I’ll stay in contact with you during the formatting process to ensure we’re both on the same page.

*A completed ePub and/or Print copy of your book in a timely fashion. Most often, I will have your ePub completed within one week and will inform you of the expected timeline throughout the process. Print takes a tad longer, but again, I will stay in contact with you so you know exactly what to expect and when.

*ePub will be formatted in Times New Roman Font, which functions well on all e-readers. It will also contain a working Table of Contents. I will include up to ten tested hyperlinks. For example, your website, facebook, twitter, Instagram, etc.

*If you need a .mobi file for Advanced Reader Copies to distribute to kindle readers, I will provide that per request.

*If doing a print copy, I will email you to discuss font options for headings, etc. I will also send you a sample chapter with the desired font for your approval before completing the print .pdf. I will also ensure the text is set to black and justified while removing any unwanted spacing.

*I am not proficient in HTML coding, but the programs I use don’t require that I am. However, there may be times I’ll need to look at the HTML and research any glitches I’m experiencing. I can assure you I will do my research in order to fix the problem and reach out to individuals who know more than I do about the particular matter.
